PRODUCT USAGE AGREEMENT

By agreeing to do business with us, you must also accept that you, not us ,are responsible for all actions with our products.

RETURNS

We offer returns on products that have not been opened (seal broken) and there is no restocking fee.  For products that have been opened we will only accept a return if you contact us to start the return within 5 days of receiving your order.  We offer 30 days money back guarantee if you’re not satisfied with our tools. If we do not receive your package within 30 days, the return attempt will be voided.

WARRANTY

We offer a 30 day limited warranty on all of our products. This warranty is limited to malfunctioning parts, not user error. As a result, we will attempt to troubleshoot any problems and replace the parts if the problem cannot be resolved. The warranty does not cover misuse, user broken products, or forgotten passwords.

CUSTOMS

All of our products ship from either our locations in the Russia, EU, China, UK, India, New Zealand and US. As a result, if you live in any continent we guarantee that there will be not issues of customs, we guarantee that product you ordered will receive you without extra customs fees or another issues.
